Teeth Whitening can be Stress Free and done at Home!!!
Teeth whitening is something that I honestly didn't have a whole lot of experience with. I have tried a whitening pen before and have used whitening stripes, but I never used anything for longer than a week. I recently teamed up with Smile Brilliant and had the opportunity to try out their system in September.
Smile Brilliant is a whitening system that uses personalized trays that fit the shape of your teeth and mouth, which I thought was pretty cool. It's like the Invisalign of teeth whitening, except your teeth aren't shifting.
The kit comes with everything that you need to both Whiten and do you impressions to get your personal trays.
I love that Smile Brilliant has great customer service!! They are available when you need questions answered and they send awesome examples and photos via Email as well!! The system is very simple to use, and I didn't have any trouble, but they are there if you need them.
The First thing that you do when you receive your kit, is to make impressions for your Whitening trays. Above are what mine looked like before I sent them off.
After you receive your whitening trays you are ready to start with the whitening process. There are 2 different gels in the kit... You use the Teeth Whitening Gel first (I whitened for 1 hour 30 mins usually) and then the Desensitizing Gel (20 mins). I Whitened my teeth 2-3 times a week, which worked best for me. Depending on how sensitive your teeth are... It's up to you to choose how many times you want to whiten. You don't have to whiten every day. They suggest that you whiten before bed, because you will get the best results. Which is exactly what I did.
Here are my results!!! For me I already had kind of white teeth, but the whitening system made my teeth a lot brighter and I think the system is great for maintenance and keeping that Smile Pretty!! All results vary from person to person. No ones teeth are the exact same when it comes to how white in color they are.

Also I think that it is a great option for using at home, and there's no need to go to a doctor!! (But Please do consult you dentist if you have too!!)
