I am excited to be hosting my first event of 2022 on May 15th (11am - 1pm) with an amazing coordinator and curator here in San Diego, Elevate Collaborative. I have personally been wanting to get in to Health and Wellness more and more, because it is so near and dear to me in my life. So, I am super excited to be hosting Yoga On The Farm sponsored by Lakanto and Gaiam.

Yoga On The Farm will be at the beautiful Coastal Roots Farm in Encinitas. There will be an open level yoga flow, an amazing gift bag with tons of goodies to take home and also a nourishing parfait bar to enjoy after the yoga session. We will be having a discussion on self love and care and how we fit it in to our everyday life in the era of the world that we are currently in. It’s going to be amazing!!!! I can’t wait to see everyone there!!
