Self-care and grooming are important. You need to take care of yourself. Get some kind of physical activity that gets you sweating. Enjoy your time with the people you love and invest in art, music, gardening, yoga, or any other activity that you enjoy.

You need to give yourself some time. You need to be more patient with your feelings and allow yourself the time to cope with them.

 4. Face Your Emotions

Do not suppress but let out your emotions and feelings. It is time you talked about them with courage and a strong will.
