Here's what happened in May 2018

It is the end of May and the start of a new month!!!! Where is the time going??? I feel like a lot of fun things happened in May, so I just wanted to do a mini recap!! 

The beginning of May... on the first to be exact is my mom's birthday!!! At the very end of April my sisters came to visit from Arizona, so we celebrated with everyone together. it was fun to have everyone together again! I love that my family is so close. We talk to each other every week for the most part and try to stay in close contact as much as possible. It's always a good time when we are all together, and we celebrate everything!! You lost a tooth... we are going to celebrate, got a promotion at your job... we will celebrate!!! Celebrations are a big part of my life, so I like bringing that same thing to others. Which brings me to another fun moment from this month!!! My friend Blu, his birthday is also in May and I decided to surprise him with a few little things this year to celebrate with him. What people don't know or realize about our friendship is that we do a lot of random things for each other. One year he came down from LA to SD to surprise me for my birthday, and there have been so many other random little things. He has also helped me so much with my blog, so I wanted to do something special for him. I took him to Disneyland and a Padres game in San Diego (my dad helped with that part of the surprise!! Thanx dad!!). I love doing things for my friends, and I hope I can do more for all of them soon. I'm coming for all of y'all (one at a time).

It was also Mother's Day this month!!!! We had such an eventful couple of weeks, that we decided to keep it chill. We went to dinner with some family and went out for ice cream after. Simple things are the best!!!

He was really surprised!!! I'm glad he had a great Birthday!!!

We got to the game early to beat the crowd.... it got really full after we took this photo!! It was a good game! Padres WON!!!

The last memorable moment in May was a fashion show!!! Dames Collective here in San Diego had a girls night out event that included a fashion show, drinks, food, Rose' Pong and shopping. It was beautifully put together and honestly one of the most fun shows that I have done in a while. I'm not sure if I have said it here yet, or maybe I have mentioned it already. But... I haven't really been focusing on modeling like I did once before. There's a lot of reasons, and I just wasn't really happy with the way how things were going. I will still model, but just on my own terms. I love Runway and it was good to be in a show, because it has been a while. Runway is not something that I think will ever leave my life completely. It will just be different. Thank you so much Dames Collective for having me!!!!
