Alexan Living
I like mixing it up on Glitz and Glam by Tiff!! I love fashion, but there are so many other things that I have going on in my regular life, so it’s fun to share all of that here. Several weeks ago I had the opportunity to check out the Alexan, which is a luxury apartment building in Downtown San Diego. It is literally a bloggers dream apartment!!! The decor and common areas are all amazing and are perfect for inviting people over. The multiple spaces are also perfect for photos!! Just saying (hehe)!! The Alexan offers floor plans that are studio, 1 or 2 bedrooms. I was excited to take a look around and be able to share some sneak peeks with you all.

Right near the downstairs lobby there is a lounge area that includes a kitchen area, with dining table, big screen TV and couches.

The pool!!! It is on the top floor and has some of the best views of the city!!!
I was able to take a look inside of 2 different model floor plans and see what can be done inside of the space. I took a look at a Studio and a 1 bedroom. The Studio doesn’t feel like the typical box that most studio apartments are. It is more spread out and there are different options on the layout, depending on what you are looking for. There is a washer and dyer included and a pretty good size walk in closet!

If you are looking for the ultimate luxury place to live in Downtown San Diego, the Alexan is definitely worth checking out!! It is close to Petco Park, not too far from Gaslamp area and close to shops and restaurants. Hurry, because places are filling up pretty quickly!! They are also entering new residents into a vacation getaway giveaway until October! You can get a new place win an amazing vacation all at the same time. Sounds awesome right!!
