Naked Nutrition Protein and Bestsellers
I don’t know about you, but as I workout and stay consistent with keeping my body together, I like to take supplements that will help me with recovery and maintaining all the hard work that I have put in. I recently had the opportunity to try out Naked Nutrition protein. Naked Nutrition is known for their products having no added sugars, no artificial flavoring and the most raw and pure ingredients !!! Some of Naked Nutrition’s most popular products are the Naked Whey and Naked Creatine. They have a little something for everyone, and I love the amount of options that they have in their variety of protein powders. Personally for myself, whey protein is a little too heavy on my stomach. So, I was able to try out the Naked Pea protein in the Chocolate flavor. The other flavor options are: Unflavored, Vanilla, Chocolate PB and Double Chocolate. Pea protein is a great alternative for whey if you are someone who is looking for something similar in a more vegan or vegetarian route.

I personally love that the protein has very simple ingredients and isn’t super sweet. When I make my protein smoothies, I will just add in honey, if I need a little sweetness. My favorite combo is banana, chocolate protein, almond milk, honey and of course ice. I every once in a while will add in a handful of spinach to add a little greenery.

Vegan Almond Chia Smoothie Recipe
1 banana (better frozen)
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds
¾ cup almond milk
1 scoop pea protein
Crushed ice to taste.
Strawberry Pea Protein Shake Recipe
1 cup of fresh sweet uncut strawberries
1 cup of almond, coconut or rice milk
1 scoop of pea protein powder
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sweetener and salt to taste
